Thanks to the Financial World Crisis, my employer wants to relocate me to a place where it will spend less money paying me and with less infra-structure. As I do not intend to relocate, I therefore offer my good coding skills for money. Remember that Brazillian paying rates are lower than European and American ones!

You could always go the freelancer route. Having made the leap from employee to one man coding show, I can say it’s been by far the best career decision I’ve ever made. It’s incredibly fun.
It’s also incredibly stressful, as you instantly become not only coder but accountant, marketing guru and salesman, along with a dozen other hats. But, it’s totally worth it.
Personally, I like the advice in this book, to get started.
